Missing a part or item in your order? Report any missing items/parts/fixing kits within 30 days of receipt!
To report an item/part/fixing kit is missing please get in touch with us via our Contact Form, or email us at support@zendesk.com with the following information:-
- Your order number – please put this in the email subject line
- The item which is missing or has a missing part/fixing kit
- Description of the missing part (if applicable)
- The batch number (this can usually be located underneath the product or on the outside of the packaging if you still have it)
Once you have emailed us, you will receive confirmation of receipt.
We will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm how we will resolve your issue
